GUSSET OPEN PRISON BARS
Some riders want light weight, and Cr-Mo security.

So… here we are, multi butted and full heat treated TAF 4130 Cr-Mo –
As light as many alloy bars but, with ‘Cr-mo fail-safe’ added security.
This internally butted bar is strong in the places that it needs to be, and light in the others.
This isn’t a straight piece of drainpipe steel, it’s a high tech, top spec, precision performance bar.

When push comes to shove, Cr-Mo has a much greater tendency to warn you that “it’s had enough abuse” than many other materials, and so the fail safe factor of Cr-Mo tube is a real benefit for those that push their riding skills hard.

Note: To give users more stem choice, Open Prison bars can be run on either BMX (22.2mm) or MTB (25.4mm) h-bar stems with supplied shims.
