Designed for those who are: • Stuck indoors. • Going through Winter. • Want to burn calories. • Need to get into BMX shape. Each workout is 25-40 minutes long. No workout is the same and every workout is fun. Greg Romero will coach you through the entire workout! All workouts include: • Sprint Interval Training • Strength Training • Speed Training • Core Training In addition, you get to watch BMX racing & training video clips filmed by Coach G during the brief rest intervals! You will need your bike (any bike) set up on a trainer or you can use rollers and/or stationary bicycle. In addition you will need for certain exercises: • Chair or bench from 14-20 inches tall. • Aerobic step or sturdy wood/metal box 6-10 inches tall. • Broom stick. • Basketball (or inexpensive ball).
