At just 1lb 15oz Jesus forks are very light.

 But don’t let the weight deceive you because Jesus forks are incredibly strong thanks to the use of fluted tubing.

 Fluted tubing flows the material in axis the tube is required to be stiff.

 In the Jesus case, it’s the bending moment between the axle and the head set.

 Think about rolling up some corrugated card with the corrugations running the length of your rolled tube. That is how Jesus forks work; the corrugations are on the inside of the tube sweet eh?
